If any of these terms or part of any term are found to be invalid illegal or unenforceable then such term(s) shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it\/them valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification to or deletion of a term or part term shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms. Any words following the terms including, include, in particular, for example or any similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words, description, definition, phrase or term preceding those terms.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>1. Definitions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The \u201ccompany\u201d refers to A2B Travel Transfers trademark by A2B Transfers S.L.\u00a0(a company registered in Spain\u00a0with number B-95767406).<\/li>\n<li>The \u201ccustomer\u201d refers to the person or persons using or proposing to use the transfer services of the company.The \u201ccustomer\u201d refers to the person or persons using or proposing to use the services of the company.<\/li>\n<li>The \u201ctransfer provider\u201d refers to the provider of the transfer for which the company acts as a booking agent.<\/li>\n<li>The \u201cbooking\u201d refers to the purchase by a customer via the company\u2019s website of a transfer service to be provided by the transfer provider.<\/li>\n<li>The \u201cdate of departure\u201d refers to the date of the outward flight.<\/li>\n<li>The \u201ctransfer\u201d refers to the travel journey from or to an airport using a method of transport including bus, coach, train, private taxi or private mini-bus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. The Company\u2019s Liability<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>These Terms and Conditions apply only to bookings made directly through this website. Bookings made via a third party website(s) are strictly subject to the terms and conditions set out on that website(s).<\/li>\n<li>The company acts only as a booking agent for the transfer provider for the featured transfers. It does not itself provide the transfers. The customer will also be contracting with the transfer provider and will be subject to the transfer provider\u2019s terms and conditions. Full details of these terms and conditions are available from the transfer provider.<\/li>\n<li>As a booking agent for the transfer provider the company is liable to the customer only for losses directly arising from any negligence of the company in processing a booking. Any claims by the customer in respect of the provision of the transfer services must be made against the transfer provider and subject to its terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Notwithstanding any of the terms of these Terms and Conditions, the company does not limit or exclude its liability for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Bookings<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bookings via the company\u2019s website are deemed to have been made final once a booking reference number has been issued. All Terms and Conditions are deemed to have been accepted when a booking reference number has been issued.<\/li>\n<li>Telephone bookings are deemed to have been made final when confirmed by the company\u2019s telephone representative. All terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted once confirmation of the booking has been issued.<\/li>\n<li>All transfers are subject to availability.<\/li>\n<li>The company reserves the right not to accept or fulfil a booking. A booking is not a guaranteed reservation of a transfer and the company may cancel a booking if the transfer provider advises that it is unable to fulfil a booking. In these circumstances a refund will be given but the company accepts no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or losses or loss of profit arising.<\/li>\n<li>It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a valid contact number and email address is provided at the time of making a booking.<\/li>\n<li>It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure he\/she reads the confirmation email before travelling.<\/li>\n<li>The company will not accept liability for any costs incurred or losses arising due to the failure of the customer to provide a valid contact number and email address or failing to read the confirmation email before travelling.<\/li>\n<li>It is advisable for all customers to print the confirmation email and to take it when travelling to the chosen airport or destination.<\/li>\n<li>The company may use information supplied by the customer at the time of booking for the following purposes:<br \/>\n(a) to fulfil the booking;<br \/>\n(b) for processing and obtaining payment;<br \/>\n(c) for analysis and profiling the customer\u2019s preferences (e.g. market, customer and product analysis) to enable review, development and improvement to the products and services offered;<br \/>\n(d) to enable the company to provide the customer and other customers with relevant information through the company\u2019s marketing programme. The company may keep the customer informed of its products and services using any of the following methods: e-mail, post, telephone, SMS. If the customer wishes to opt-out of these marketing activities please advise the company accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Payment<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment for a booking made by telephone or on the company\u2019s website can only be made using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club or Switch. Cheques are not accepted.<\/li>\n<li>If payment by card is declined the company and the transfer provider reserve the right not to fulfil the booking.<\/li>\n<li>All prices are quoted in the currency \u20ac Euros,\u00a0and include VAT where applicable.<\/li>\n<li>When a booking is made using a non\u00a0spanish credit card the card issuer will debit the customer\u2019s account in the local overseas currency and at the exchange rate applicable on the date of processing. A conversion charge may be applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Cancellation Procedures<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"list\">\n<li>A booking may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the time and date when the transfer is due to commence.<\/li>\n<li>To cancel a booking please contact us by emailing info@a2b.es\u00a0during office hours quoting your booking reference number.<\/li>\n<li>All cancellations must be notified directly to the company to be valid for any refund. Customers who cancel within 24 hours of the time and date when the transfer is due to commence or who do not turn up for the service, or who do not turn-up in time to catch their flight shall be liable to pay the full price for the service booked.<\/li>\n<li>All booking transaction charges levied by banks, credit card and other providers of financial services are strictly non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Amendment Procedures<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You can modify a reservation already confirmed by the company. This modification will depend strictly on the availability of the space, the workload and the resources available to the transfer company. To request a modification to a reservation please contact us through http:\/\/www.a2b.es\/ or send an email to info@a2b.es or call us at the number provided on the reservation, in Office hours &#8211; Monday to Friday 09.00 to 21.00. In any case you have to give the reservation reference number and the changes you want to make. Please check the modified reservation in the confirmation email.<\/li>\n<li>The company will not be responsible if a requested modification can not be offered or fulfilled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7. The Transfer Provider\u2019s Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>All bookings are accepted subject to the current terms and conditions of the transfer provider, a full copy of which is available upon request. The following terms are highlighted for information only.<\/li>\n<li>The transfer provider accepts no responsibility or liability for any theft, loss or damage to any personal property.<\/li>\n<li>Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise stated by the transfer provider.<\/li>\n<li>The transfer provider reserves the right to refuse carriage to any person (both before and during the transfer) who, at the sole discretion of the transfer provider\u2019s representative:\n<ul type=\"a\">\n<li>is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs;<\/li>\n<li>has or is thought to have an infectious disease;<\/li>\n<li>smokes or consumes alcohol or attempts to smoke or consume alcohol in the vehicle;<\/li>\n<li>does or most probably would pollute the vehicle with his\/her clothing or baggage;<\/li>\n<li>behaves in a way that is disruptive in any way;<\/li>\n<li>affects the passengers\u2019 safety or that of the driver of the vehicle;<\/li>\n<li>behaves or appears in a way that is disturbing; and\/or<\/li>\n<li>acts in any way that is prohibited by the laws of the transfer destination country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The transfer provider accepts no liability for loss or damage unless and to the extent it is proved to be caused by the negligence of the transfer provider.<\/li>\n<li>Unless otherwise stated, the transfer fee at most of the company\u2019s destinations includes the transportation of one piece of baggage per person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8. Definiciones<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>La \u201cEmpresa\u201d se refiere a la marca comercial A2B Travel Transfers, propiedad de A2B Transfers S.L.\u00a0(compa\u00f1\u00eda registrada en Espa\u00f1a\u00a0con n\u00famero (B-95767406)).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>El \u201cCliente\u201d se refiere a la persona o las personas f\u00edsicas o legales que usan o se proponen usar los servicios de la empresa.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>El \u201cProveedor de traslado\u201d se refiere al proveedor de servicio del traslado para el cual la empresa act\u00faa como agente de reservas.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>La \u201cReserva\u201d se refiere a la compra por el cliente de un servicio de traslado a trav\u00e9s el sitio web.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>La \u201cFecha de salida\u201d se refiere a la fecha del vuelo saliente.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u201cTransfer\u201d se refiere al enlace desde o para un aeropuerto a trav\u00e9s de medios de transporte como minib\u00fas, autob\u00fas de traslado, trenes, taxis privados o shuttles privados.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>2. Responsabilidades de la empresa<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Estos t\u00e9rminos y condiciones aplican \u00fanicamente a reservas realizadas directamente a trav\u00e9s de esta p\u00e1gina web. Reservas hechas a trav\u00e9s de webs de terceros se regir\u00e1n obligatoriamente por t\u00e9rminos y condiciones de dichas p\u00e1ginas.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>La empresa act\u00faa \u00fanicamente como agente de reservas para el proveedor de servicios de traslado. La empresa no provee servicios de traslado. El cliente contratar\u00e1 el proveedor de servicios de traslado y estar\u00e1 sujeto a los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones del mismo. Los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones completos del proveedor de servicios est\u00e1n disponibles a trav\u00e9s del mismo.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Como agencia de reservas para el proveedor de servicios de traslado la empresa se responsabiliza frente al cliente \u00fanicamente en los casos que se deriven de cualquier negligencia de la empresa en el procesado de la reserva.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Todas reclamaciones que tengan los clientes respecto al proveedor de traslado y sus servicios tienen que efectuarse directamente con este.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Sin embargo estos t\u00e9rminos y condiciones, por parte de la empresa no limitan ni excluyen su responsabilidad para cualquiera otra reclamaci\u00f3n que quede contemplada por la ley en vigor.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>3. Reservas<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Las reservas a trav\u00e9s del sitio web de la empresa son consideradas como realizadas una vez que el n\u00famero de referencia de la reserva ha sido emitido. Todos los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones est\u00e1n considerados como aceptados cuando un n\u00famero de referencia ha sido emitido.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Las reservas por tel\u00e9fono est\u00e1n consideradas como realizadas cuando han sido confirmadas por el representante de la empresa. Todos los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones se consideran aceptados cuando la confirmaci\u00f3n de la reserva ha sido emitida.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Todos los servicios de traslado est\u00e1n sujetos a disponibilidad.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>La empresa se reserva el derecho de no aceptar o cumplir con una reserva. Una reserva no es una garant\u00eda de plaza y la empresa puede cancelar una reserva si el proveedor de servicio le informa que no puede llegar a cumplir la reserva. En dichas circunstancias la empresa le devolver\u00e1 el dinero al cliente pero no aceptar\u00e1 responsabilidad por el o los da\u00f1os o p\u00e9rdidas derivados.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Es la responsabilidad del cliente de asegurarse de dar un n\u00famero v\u00e1lido de contacto y un correo electr\u00f3nico correcto en el momento en que se hace la reserva.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Es la responsabilidad del cliente asegurarse de leer el correo de confirmaci\u00f3n antes de su viaje.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>La empresa no aceptar\u00e1 responsabilidad por los costes incurridos o p\u00e9rdidas derivadas del posible error del cliente de dar un n\u00famero v\u00e1lido de contacto y un correo electr\u00f3nico o por no haber le\u00eddo el correo de confirmaci\u00f3n antes de su viaje.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Es aconsejable para todos clientes imprimir el correo de confirmaci\u00f3n y llevarlo en su viaje al aeropuerto elegido.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>La empresa puede usar la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada por el cliente en el momento de hacer la reserva para los siguientes fines: (a) para realizar la reserva; (b) para procesar y obtener el pago; (c) para el an\u00e1lisis y creaci\u00f3n de perfiles de las preferencias de aparcamiento de los clientes (por ejemplo: an\u00e1lisis de mercado, cliente y producto) para facilitar la investigaci\u00f3n, desarrollo y mejora de los productos y servicios ofrecidos; (d) para permitir a la empresa proveer de informaci\u00f3n relevante a trav\u00e9s del programa de marketing de la empresa. La empresa puede tener informado al cliente de sus productos y servicios usando cualquiera de los siguientes m\u00e9todos: correo electr\u00f3nico, correo ordinario, tel\u00e9fono, SMS. Si el cliente desea renunciar a recibir estas actividades de marketing puede avisar a la empresa para tal fin.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>4. Pagos<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Los pagos de reservas por tel\u00e9fono o a trav\u00e9s de la p\u00e1gina web de la empresa solo pueden realizarse con MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club o Switch. No se aceptan cheques.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Si el pago por tarjeta se rechaza la empresa y el proveedor del servicio de traslado se reservan el derecho de no cumplir con la reserva.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Todos los precios de los presupuestos est\u00e1n \u20ac Euros e incluyen IVA cuando aplicable.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Cuando una reserva est\u00e1 realizada con una tarjeta no\u00a0espa\u00f1ola el emisor de la tarjeta cargar\u00e1 el importe en cuenta en moneda local extranjera al tipo de cambio vigente en la fecha de la operaci\u00f3n. Puede aplicarse una comisi\u00f3n en la conversi\u00f3n.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>5. Procedimientos de Cancelaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Una reserva puede ser cancelada hasta 24 horas antes de la fecha de salida.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Para anular una reserva, por favor contacte con nosotros en n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono proporcionado en la reserva\u00a0o escr\u00edbanos a info@a2b-transfers.es en horario de oficina, citando su n\u00famero de referencia de reserva.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Para que puedan haber devoluci\u00f3n, todas las cancelaciones se deben notificar directamente a la empresa. Los clientes que cancelan menos de 24 horas antes de la fecha de salida, o que no utilizan el servicio, o que no llegan a tiempo para coger el vuelo, ser\u00e1n responsables del pago total del precio completo del servicio reservado.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Todas las comisiones cobradas por bancos, tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito o cualquier proveedor de servicio financiero no pueden ser devueltas.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>6. Procedimientos de Modificaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Se puede modificar una reserva ya confirmada por la empresa. Esta modificaci\u00f3n depender\u00e1 estrictamente de la disponibilidad del espacio, de la carga de trabajo y de los recursos a disposici\u00f3n de la empresa de traslado. Para pedir una modificaci\u00f3n a una reserva por favor contacte con nosotros a trav\u00e9s de http:\/\/www.a2b.es\/ o env\u00ede un correo electr\u00f3nico a info@a2b-transfers.es o ll\u00e1menos al tel\u00e9fono proporcionado en la reserva, en horario de oficina \u2013 Lunes a Viernes 09.00 a 21.00. En todo caso tiene que dar el n\u00famero de referencia de reserva y los cambios que quiere hacer. Por favor, compruebe la reserva modificada en el correo de confirmaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>La empresa no ser\u00e1 responsable si una modificaci\u00f3n solicitada no puede ser ofrecida o cumplida.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>7. T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones del Proveedor de Servicios de traslado<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Todas las reservas son aceptadas de acuerdo a los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones actuales del proveedor de servicio. Una copia completa de estos t\u00e9rminos y condiciones estar\u00e1 disponible bajo petici\u00f3n. Dichos t\u00e9rminos est\u00e1n resumidos \u00fanicamente a modo informativo.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>El proveedor de servicio de traslado no se hace responsable de ning\u00fan robo, da\u00f1o o p\u00e9rdida de bienes o objetos personal.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ni\u00f1os de edad inferior a los 16 a\u00f1os deben ir acompa\u00f1ados de un adulto, a menos que no sea especificado diversamente por el proveedor de servicio de traslado.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>El proveedor de servicios de traslado tiene el derecho a rechazar el trasbordo de una persona (antes y durante el viaje) que , a discreci\u00f3n del proveedor \u00fanicamente:\r\n<ul type=\"a\">\r\n \t<li>parezca estar bajo la influencia de drogas o de alcohol<\/li>\r\n \t<li>tenga o parezca tener una enfermedad contagiosa<\/li>\r\n \t<li>fume o beba alcohol (intente fumar o beber alcohol) en el veh\u00edculo<\/li>\r\n \t<li>intente ensuciar el veh\u00edculo con h\u00e1bitos o maletas sucias<\/li>\r\n \t<li>se comporte de forma incorrecta<\/li>\r\n \t<li>ponga en peligro la comodidad de los pasajeros y del conductor<\/li>\r\n \t<li>se comporte de una manera que pueda molestar<\/li>\r\n \t<li>se comporte de una manera que no sea aceptada en el pa\u00eds donde se efect\u00faa el viaje.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>El proveedor de servicios de traslado no se hace responsable por da\u00f1os o p\u00e9rdidas causados por la negligencia de los pasajeros.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>La tarifa del traslado incluye, por la mayor parte de las destinaciones, el trasbordo de una sola maleta y una maleta de mano por persona.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>8.
